Reminded me of one of my chief ambitions: PalletOne leaders happen to the world!

To have a mindset that you can enter a situation and make a difference through your contributions and participation is living with power.

That isn’t an arrogant attitude. It’s a confident attitude. One that carries a high regard for your gifts, your skills and your ability to deploy them.

When you have confidence you can make a difference, you approach life with a forward lean. As you establish a record of making a difference, you become a trusted teammate.

Don’t hide your light. Bring it every day. You do make a difference.
