Collaboration is vital to problem solving and creativity. In our changing world, every day brings new opportunity and new problems to solve. Humans can assess problems, imagine solutions and work together to implement.

So, the premium on listening, encouraging, experimenting as a teammate is only going to grow. We work in teams every day. We focus on improving our output. But, our ability to stop, to visit and to try better steps will define our success and give us our edge.
