Getting Better Every Day

“Getting better every day” is a sound strategy.

We don’t do it all the time. If we did, the line on our life graph would show a steady climb in the right direction.

Setbacks are real. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we get knocked back. Other times, because we aren’t making our best efforts, we get setback.

But, as leaders who “happen to the world,” we recognize that our decision and intention to get a little better every day is the way back to the right track.

Leadership, lean, engagement, and enduring success all those things- are a process. We get better when we do the right thing more often than we slip.

Doing the right thing helps us when the business environment turns against us or the competition is rough. We always have the opportunity to set the ship aright
