What is your attitude about growth?
Do you believe you can always learn and develop?
Or – do you think that, at some point, you are limited based on your intelligence or experience?
It turns out that you can be right either way. Research shows that itβs reasonable to assume we have finite intellectual ability.
The only problem with that research is that people who believe they can continue to learn and grow usually do.
Hereβs how I think about it. We may all have our limits, but most of us havenβt tested them. Thus, a βgrowth mindsetβ (believing we can continuously improve and learn) will continue to yield results as long as we adopt it.
You are not limited. There is still more to do.
