BE AWARE OF YOUR POSITION

Be aware of your position. It begins where your feet are.

Your position impacts others.   They note your attitude.  They note your work ethic.  They note your effectiveness.  In your position, you impact those you interact with during the day by how you model your identity.

Your position extends to those around you.  There’s always an opportunity to impact others.  Do you say positive words, acknowledging effort and contributions?  Do you offer words of instruction and advice, giving feedback that results in better performance?  Are you a model teammate, being alert to ways you can assist others?

When you remain alert to your position, you see places to make a difference.  Making a difference in your circle of influence results in trust and confidence.
