Feedback solidifies teams.

Feedback verifies to others that their contributions matter.

Rather than count the times I receive feedback, I’m working on taking the opportunities to give feedback. I’m mentioning things that I notice. I’m taking the time to teach and offer constructive help. I’m trying to say  thanks more.

I think feedback given inspires others to pay it forward.
