Anybody ever ask you “How’s that working for you?”
I use this space frequently to encourage you to take action, to create a new habit, to try something different new.
Sometimes better advice is to do a searching inventory of the things you do and the habits you have that don’t contribute you to your well being and happiness. And, stop one.
There very few of us that don’t have a list of things in which we are engaged that are counterproductive. We do them because they are convenient. We do them because they provide short-term relief or quench a thirst. But we know, in the end, they don’t serve us well.
So, as you head to the weekend, stop and think about something that it isn’t working for you. Stop it.
