Environments come in all shapes and sizes.
We work in small groups. We all have families. If you lead, youβre always involved in the state of your environment.
If you are the leader and donβt work on your environment, it will be less-than. Less results. Less impact. Less profit. Less satisfaction.
You can choose not to impact your environment. But youβre still making a choice. Youβre choosing mediocrity. Youβre choosing to be a poor steward. Youβre choosing a path to regret and disappointment.
You make a choice every day. How will I make things better? To what kind of environment am I going to assign my name?
