I read this quote today:
“If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” Martin Luther King
It reminded me of PalletOne people and how we happen to the world.
Our goal is to be on a path of continual improvement. But we know that’s not always how it works. Some days, we make leaps that feel like flying. Some days, we take a step backward. Some weeks, there is a subtle improvement that feels like a snail’s pace.
Dr. King’s quote reminds us not to move to the side and stop. Inertia is an enemy that kills organizations and relationships.
The imperative to “keep moving forward” is a mindset. Folks who start every day thinking they can make a difference usually do so. Set your mind on doing the things that will move you forward.
