I heard an interview with Hall of Fame coach Mike Krzyzewski that resonated with me.Β

“I love leadership.”Β

He offered his reasoning.Β

“It’s dynamic. Always changing. Because it involves people, who are always changing. It’s new and fresh every day.”

“I can always get better as a leader. There’s no way to be a perfect leader. All I can do is lead and learn. And try to make it better tomorrow.

“There’s nothing better than helping a team, a family, a group get on the same page. Adopt the right standards and achieve [more] results than they thought possible.Β  As long as I can lead, I will lead.”

Happening to the world involves meeting the challenge and adventure of leadership.
