I don’t say thank you enough:
You show up daily; you set your mind to work safe.
You make hundreds of decisions that contribute to us achieving the very small margin that determines our success.
You train new people how to perform well. You encourage colleagues to step up to standards. You’re a model to all you encounter. We couldn’t make it without your encouragement.
You hang tough in all kinds of weather. When it’s so cold you can’t separate cants with a sledge hammer; when it’s so hot your clothes are drenched in minutes – you’re as regular as a clock.
Your ideas and considerations inspire us to do things better. You don’t let things go that could create issues later.
You act always as if you will make the difference, because it’s true. You do!
I don’t thank you often enough, but I want you to know that you are valued and appreciated.
With every tour I give, you draw the attention of visitors. I hear many complimentary comments: “Wow! They work hard;” “Boy! They work fast;” How do you keep things so clean?” “There’s more to it than I thought.”
Yes, there is. I couldn’t do it without you and I can’t thank you enough for all that you do.
