Because we donβt have all the teammates we need, all of our locations have lean teams. When someone is out, we arenβt as good as we can be.
If there is a plus to being shorthanded, itβs having to try new things and coming up with new ways to accommodate the shortages. We develop new methods. We learn new skills.
But, back to the original thought: There ainβt no concert, if there isnβt a piano. The role you play is important. You are needed. And so are all your teammates.
